About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team on a PRN, as-needed basis at a skilled nursing facility in Marshall. This role focuses on delivering attentive, one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling designed to support work–life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the direction of licensed clinicians
- Deliver patient-centered care with a strong focus on one-on-one interactions
- Support day-to-day therapy needs in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Adapt to a realistic, as-needed shift schedule based on facility coverage
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience working in rehabilitation or long-term care settings (preferred)
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts as scheduled
