About the Role
Join our team as a Process Engineer in Scottsville, KY, where you’ll design, implement, and continuously improve production processes. Your work will help boost efficiency, reduce waste, increase throughput, and strengthen product quality while supporting safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities across production operations.
- Partner with operations and leadership to eliminate process defects and improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams to deliver process and performance improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and optimizing manufacturing or production processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause troubleshooting.
