About the Role
SpaceXAI is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support our temporary assignment in Jacksonville, FL. In a small, hands-on team focused on engineering excellence, you’ll help drive accurate procurement practices and contribute to our mission through strong prioritization and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement data to support purchasing decisions and improve accuracy
- Assist with vendor sourcing and documentation to keep processes organized
- Track purchasing activity and help maintain clean records for stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to communicate findings clearly and concisely
Requirements
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills for sharing insights with teammates
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving, flat organization
- Experience supporting procurement or purchasing analysis (preferred)
