About the Role
Join our team as a Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing and supplier strategy across high-impact logistics categories, including ground transportation, warehousing, and customs-related services. You’ll manage approximately $6M in annual spend and help improve cost, service, and risk performance across our logistics network.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive category strategy for assigned logistics areas, including sourcing strategy development, execution, and continuous optimization aligned to business goals.
- Plan, lead, and execute end-to-end sourcing activities for relevant categories.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support collaboration in a fast-paced global environment.
- Support logistics initiatives as needed beyond core scope to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
Requirements
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, and supplier strategy, ideally within logistics or related service categories.
- Strong ability to manage spend and drive measurable improvements in cost, service, and risk.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort operating in dynamic, global environments with multiple priorities.
