Procurement & Customer Operations Coordinator (On-Site) - Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a procurement and customer operations professional to support end-to-end purchasing and supply chain execution for a growing product organization in Savannah, Georgia. This role is an operational hub connecting suppliers, warehouse teams, transportation partners, internal stakeholders, and finance to keep materials flowing reliably.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities, materials planning, inventory control, and replenishment to maintain dependable material availability
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to support accurate order placement and timely delivery
• Manage logistics execution across transportation, receiving, and related documentation
• Improve purchasing discipline and strengthen processes to control logistics-related costs
• Ensure accurate records, traceability, and compliance using SAP
• Support customer operations needs by aligning supply plans with internal operational requirements

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, supply chain operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP) with a focus on documentation and traceability
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts across suppliers and internal teams
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with operations and finance
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Savannah, GA
