About the Role
Scout Motors is seeking a Procurement Systems & Processes Specialist to help strengthen how we source materials and manage procurement workflows. In this role, you’ll improve procurement system capabilities and ensure processes support reliable, efficient purchasing across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize procurement systems, ensuring they are configured to meet business needs
- Document, refine, and standardize procurement processes to improve consistency and speed
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement improvements, and drive adoption
- Assist with data management and reporting to improve visibility into procurement activity
- Help troubleshoot system or process issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience supporting procurement systems and/or enterprise business process workflows
- Strong ability to document processes and translate requirements into practical improvements
- Comfort working with data, reporting, and system troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
