About the Role
Farm Family is seeking a Product Analyst to support our Product Management team in growing and improving property and casualty (P&C) offerings. In this role, you’ll perform market and rate analysis, uncover product opportunities, and help shape the product roadmap through close collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced market and rate analyses to inform product decisions
- Identify opportunities to expand and enhance P&C products
- Support roadmap development and ongoing product strategy efforts
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive insights from analysis to action
- Contribute to reporting and documentation that supports product planning
- Participate in mentoring opportunities as you build toward a Product Management career path
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting market and pricing data
- Ability to translate findings into clear recommendations
- Comfort partnering with multiple teams and stakeholders
