About the Role
Hera Technologies is hiring two detail-oriented Production Planners to support daily production planning in our aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure schedules, materials, and execution are aligned to meet customer and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day production planning activities to support manufacturing execution
- Track and update production plans based on priorities, capacity, and progress
- Work closely with internal teams to help resolve planning and scheduling constraints
- Support the flow of materials and information needed to keep work on track
- Maintain accurate planning documentation to support reporting and continuity
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with production planning and/or scheduling in a manufacturing setting
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams to align priorities
- Proficiency with planning tools and basic reporting/data tracking
