About the Role
Ford Racing is seeking a Lead Analyst for Program Management Operations & Profitability to support the strategic and operational performance of our vehicle lineup—from the Raptor family to Ford Racing Mustangs. You’ll work across strategy, finance, and day-to-day team operations to keep programs aligned and on track.
Responsibilities
- Own profitability (TVM) initiatives and help drive improved financial outcomes across programs
- Manage engineering budgets and support forecasting, tracking, and analysis
- Rebuild and enhance operating processes for how the PM team works day to day
- Partner with PM leadership and internal teams to establish and maintain executive/program reporting cadence
- Develop operational strategies that inform program decisions and execution
Requirements
- Strong business acumen with comfort operating in ambiguous environments
- Experience working at the intersection of operations and finance (budgeting, profitability analysis, or similar)
- Ability to build processes and reporting frameworks without a detailed playbook
- Strong collaboration skills across leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
