About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our expanding portfolio of data center construction initiatives. In this role, you’ll help drive engineering excellence in a small, high-impact team that values curiosity, initiative, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Own program planning and delivery for data center construction efforts from start through completion
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep scope, schedule, and priorities aligned
- Track progress, surface risks early, and drive actionable mitigation plans
- Communicate status clearly and concisely to leadership and team members
- Contribute directly to day-to-day execution where needed, consistent with a flat organizational structure
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex construction or infrastructure programs
- Strong prioritization and execution discipline in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to share technical and program knowledge accurately
- Demonstrated ability to work hands-on and collaborate effectively across teams
