About the Role
As a Program Manager for EHS Data Infrastructure and Analytics, you’ll lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs that improve how environmental, health, and safety data is built, governed, and made actionable. You’ll coordinate stakeholders across teams and geographies to ensure plans, timelines, and delivery milestones are clear and consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex programs from discovery through delivery, aligning requirements with business and technical needs
- Manage schedules, dependencies, and risks across multiple partners and time zones
- Design and support robust data pipelines that enable reliable analytics and reporting
- Communicate progress, deadlines, and key decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve data quality, usability, and scalability
Requirements
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure concepts (e.g., pipelines, workflows, reliability)
- Ability to translate requirements into actionable plans and track execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear, structured communication
- Proven problem-solving skills in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
