About the Role
We’re seeking a Program Manager to lead division-level execution within the PEO(T) & JSF SE Division, Support Equipment Department at NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day supervision and help ensure mission alignment across a diverse portfolio of support equipment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for personnel, workload, and operational execution.
- Manage resources, priorities, and staffing to support department and mission objectives.
- Oversee programmatic execution across multiple support equipment initiatives.
- Deliver engineering, logistics, and program management expertise across the lifecycle of PEO(T) platforms, including design, development, initial outfitting/site activation, fielding, and in-service engineering and logistics support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in program management with cross-functional leadership.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and logistics processes supporting defense or platform lifecycle activities.
- Ability to coordinate staffing and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proven capability to supervise teams and ensure consistent execution of program plans.
