Project Controls Scheduler (Junior to Mid-Level) | Primavera P6 | Hybrid/Onsite

About the Role

We’re seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to support capital improvement projects through accurate, up-to-date scheduling. In this role, you’ll develop and maintain detailed project schedules, perform basic schedule analysis, and help ensure schedule integrity across planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage project schedules and keep schedule data current
• Develop, maintain, and update CPM/GPM-based schedules using Primavera P6
• Perform basic schedule analysis to identify trends, risks, and impacts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including management, engineering design, and construction to support schedule performance
• Communicate schedule insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Working knowledge of CPM/GPM scheduling principles
• Proficiency with Primavera P6
• Ability to manage schedules independently and maintain schedule integrity
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder-facing schedule updates
