About the Role

LPC is seeking a Project Manager to support our Client Advisory Services Group. In this role, you’ll manage tenant improvement and renovation projects for corporate interiors—from early strategy through move management, decommissioning, and final closeout. You’ll also help guide planning for potential ground-up opportunities with a solid understanding of development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Support transaction teams by reviewing lease language, work letters, and other engagement artifacts related to securing space for Lincoln clients.
  • Evaluate existing vacant spaces and develop recommendations and strategies to prepare them for occupancy.
  • Manage multiple construction and interior projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met and work stays aligned with client goals.
  • Coordinate the full project lifecycle, including move management, decommissioning, and closeout activities.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of corporate interiors and construction project delivery, including tenant improvements and renovations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of ground-up development concepts.
  • Experience from a real estate company, architectural firm, or general contractor environment is preferred.
