About the Role
SpaceX is looking for a Proposal Specialist to help win competitive business opportunities across launch and Starlink services. You’ll guide proposal efforts from the initial release of customer requirements through submission and contract award.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of SpaceX bids in response to customer requirements
- Develop proposal content that clearly communicates the features and benefits of evolving SpaceX technology and services
- Manage and collaborate with proposal authors across technical and business teams
- Edit, rewrite, and draft both technical and nontechnical material to meet customer needs
- Ensure proposals are well organized, accurate, and compelling for the target opportunity
Requirements
- Experience producing or managing proposal content for competitive bids
- Strong writing, editing, and technical communication skills
- Ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Detail-oriented approach to quality, clarity, and consistency
- Comfort working across technical and business topics
