About the Role
Figma is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to strengthen our Data Science and Data Infrastructure teams. You’ll help design, build, and scale data pipelines that deliver timely, reliable data to stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end data pipeline development and scaling
- Partner with Data Science and Data Infrastructure teams to support analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with business teams (including sales, marketing, and finance) to understand data needs
- Build and improve metrics and self-serve reporting capabilities
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across downstream consumers
Requirements
- Proven experience building and operating production data pipelines
- Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics enablement
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues and improve pipeline robustness
