About the Role
Peregrine Health is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, 100% remote clinical position. This role is designed for stability and flexibility, with support that helps you focus on delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric and mental health assessments and ongoing clinical care
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans in an outpatient setting
- Coordinate with the care team to support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards
Requirements
- Active Arizona PMHNP licensure
- Proven experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care

- Base salary: $127,500–$130,000 plus quarterly incentive compensation
