About the Role
Peregrine Health is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, 100% remote clinical position. This role is built to provide strong support, scheduling flexibility, and the stability you need to focus on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management for patients
- Deliver high-quality clinical care in a remote setting
- Collaborate with the care team to support treatment plans and follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards
Requirements
- Active PMHNP licensure
- Ability to practice within the assigned region (Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, or Mississippi)
- Experience providing psychiatric mental health care
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

- Base salary of $127,500–$130,000 plus quarterly incentive compensation
