About the Role
Peregrine Health is seeking a Texas-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, 100% remote clinical position. This role is built for experienced PMHNPs who want strong support, flexible scheduling, and consistent stability to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric-mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Manage patient care plans in accordance with clinical standards and best practices
- Collaborate with the broader care team to support continuity of care
- Deliver evidence-informed care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active Texas PMHNP licensure
- Experience providing psychiatric-mental health care as a Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage patient care independently
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment

- Base salary of $127,500–$130,000 plus quarterly incentive compensation
