About the Role
Affect is expanding access to behavioral health by delivering 100% virtual care. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support members with substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric and medication management services via telehealth
- Collaborate with counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers to coordinate member care
- Deliver substance-specific treatment, including prescribing Suboxone for Opioid Use Disorder
- Use real-time, data-informed approaches to support improved outcomes
Requirements
- Current PMHNP licensure and ability to practice in the applicable state(s)
- Experience providing mental health treatment and medication management
- Comfort working with individuals managing substance use disorders
- Strong collaboration skills within a care team
