About the Role

Springer Nature is seeking a Publishing Assistant to support publishing operations in a hybrid, permanent position based in New York. In this role, you’ll help ensure published content moves smoothly through the production workflow and is prepared to meet quality and timing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day publishing and production support tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and resolve workflow issues
• Help prepare and manage materials needed for publishing activities
• Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation related to content processing

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Comfort working with documentation and multiple tasks in parallel
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
