About the Role
Bright Vision Technologies is hiring an experienced QA Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks that improve software quality and release confidence. This is a full-time, direct W2 role with 100% remote work across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable automation test frameworks and supporting tooling
- Design test strategies and create automated test suites aligned with product requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve quality across the SDLC
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and help drive fixes through to resolution
- Maintain test documentation and ensure automation coverage stays current
Requirements
- 6+ years of QA experience with a strong automation focus
- Proven ability to design and implement automated testing frameworks
- Experience working with modern software development and testing workflows
- U.S. work authorization required (U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates encouraged)
- Note: We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position
