About the Role
Epic Kids is looking for a hands-on QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our reading and learning products. You’ll take ownership of the areas you test—planning testing efforts, identifying meaningful issues, and partnering with the team to make sure fixes land before features reach users.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute test strategies for the features you own
- Validate product behavior across supported devices and environments
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, actionable details
- Work closely with engineers and product partners to drive issues to resolution
- Support continuous improvement of quality practices as we scale
Requirements
- Experience performing quality assurance and software testing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to reason through edge cases
- Comfort collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate issues clearly and effectively
