QC Analyst (Bioassay) - Temporary | 2nd Shift | Wed–Sat

About the Role

Genezen is growing fast and helping advance gene and cell therapy by producing GMP viral vectors and supporting clinical trial processes. We’re seeking a QC Analyst (Bioassay) to support routine quality control activities on a temporary schedule during the 2nd shift (Wed–Sat) in Lexington, MA.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine bioassay testing in support of quality control and release activities
• Follow established GMP and laboratory procedures to ensure accurate, reliable results
• Document testing activities and maintain complete, compliant records
• Support investigations by reviewing data and escalating out-of-specification concerns
• Collaborate with QC and cross-functional teams to meet testing and turnaround expectations

Requirements

• Experience in a QC laboratory environment (bioassay experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with regulated documentation
• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule (Wed–Sat)
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
