About the Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer I who brings strong manual testing skills and hands-on automation experience. This is a hybrid-style QA role (about 70–80% manual testing and 20–30% automation), with automation being a core requirement. The position is fully remote for candidates who reside in India.
Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test procedures
- Identify issues, document defects clearly, and track them through resolution
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve quality and release confidence
- Build and maintain automated test coverage to support repeatable regression testing
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with QA testing, including manual testing across multiple test types
- Mandatory automation experience (practical, hands-on)
- Experience designing test cases and maintaining structured test documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings effectively
