About the Role
Join Hayward Tyler as a Quality Assurance Engineer, NDE Level III Professional, supporting the Quality Assurance Department with the maintenance and execution of the company’s Quality Assurance Program. You’ll help ensure hidden risks and trends are identified early, documented clearly, and continuously improved so we get it right the first time.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Assurance Department (QAD) in maintaining and executing the Quality Assurance Program requirements
- Ensure NDE activities, training, and audits are completed and documented according to program standards
- Update program requirements as needed to reflect changes in governing codes, rules, and regulations
- Support compliance efforts by helping maintain accurate records and traceable documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and regulatory adherence
Requirements
- Certified NDE Level III Professional with relevant experience in nondestructive examination
- Strong understanding of quality assurance practices and regulatory compliance expectations
- Ability to maintain detailed documentation and support audits and training activities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying trends and potential issues
