About the Role
We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor to lead and oversee key areas of our Quality System. You’ll coordinate QA Engineering Specialists, strengthen quality processes, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure products and documentation meet required standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and coverage for QA Engineering Specialists based on priorities and workload
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback, including annual performance evaluations and professional growth planning
- Partner with internal customers to align on priorities and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate process updates and train internal teams when procedures change
- Review and evaluate procedures and work instructions to identify processing improvements and implement updates as needed
- Support and defend Quality System processes during internal reviews, notified body audits, FDA audits, and State Agency audits
Requirements
- Experience supervising or leading QA Engineering or Quality System functions
- Strong understanding of Quality System processes and audit readiness (internal, notified body, FDA, and/or State Agency)
- Proven ability to mentor team members and drive performance
- Ability to evaluate procedures and implement process and documentation improvements
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder alignment
