Quality Control Engineer (Civil) - Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer (Civil) to help ensure civil construction work is performed to project specifications, engineering standards, and applicable codes. This onsite role includes managing inspections, validating workmanship, and supporting quality documentation in line with required QA/QC plans and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the project-specific QA/QC Plan, including scopes of work and work procedures.
• Develop engineering procedures and support quality verification activities across civil construction tasks.
• Verify construction workmanship meets project requirements and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal project teams to ensure alignment with quality expectations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation required for the project.
• Support compliance with standards such as ASTM, ACI, ISO 9001, and project-specific QA/QC requirements.

Requirements

• Experience working in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of relevant construction codes and engineering standards (including ASTM and ACI).
• Familiarity with quality management principles aligned with ISO 9001.
• Ability to perform inspections, verify workmanship, and document findings accurately.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with contractors and project stakeholders.
