About the Role
EquipmentShare is seeking a hands-on Small Engine Mechanic / Tool Technician to support our rental facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you’ll help keep a wide range of customer and company-owned small equipment and tools running at their best—so contractors can get the job done.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on small equipment and tools
- Inspect equipment to identify wear, damage, or performance issues
- Service and prepare rental items to ensure they meet quality expectations
- Support the team with reliable, detail-oriented workmanship
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Requirements
- Experience maintaining and repairing small engines and/or power equipment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work safely with tools and equipment
- Comfort working in a fast-paced maintenance and rental environment
