About the Role
Delta is seeking a Recruiter to partner with management and supervisors to understand hiring needs and support staffing across the organization. You’ll help define role requirements, source qualified candidates, and guide applicants through a smooth, professional hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties, and required qualifications
- Source candidates through networking, outreach, and recruiting activities
- Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and evaluate fit for open roles
- Coordinate candidate progression and support hiring decisions
- Maintain a positive candidate experience while representing Delta’s mission and values
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting and full-cycle hiring (sourcing through screening/interviewing)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to partner with managers to understand role needs and success criteria
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple roles
