About the Role
FST Technical Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us attract top technical talent and support high-tech manufacturing and life sciences projects. This role is remote for candidates located in the U.S., and you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring success.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for technical candidates
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Understand role requirements and collaborate with hiring managers on hiring plans
- Manage recruiting workflows from outreach through offer acceptance
- Support a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (engineers or similar)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to manage multiple openings and timelines effectively
Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000–$85,000 annually
