About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next generation of rugged, all-American vehicles—and we’re looking for a Specialist to support REEV function integration and software planning. In this role, you’ll help connect system requirements to software behavior as we electrify and digitize our powertrain technology.
Responsibilities
- Support REEV function integration by coordinating software planning activities with cross-functional teams
- Translate system and feature requirements into actionable software plans and integration tasks
- Help define interfaces, dependencies, and verification needs for integrated functions
- Participate in planning, tracking, and readiness reviews to ensure milestones are met
- Contribute to documentation that supports development, integration, and validation
Requirements
- Experience with software planning and function integration in embedded/vehicle software environments
- Strong understanding of requirements, interfaces, and verification planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering disciplines
- Clear communication and attention to detail when coordinating technical workstreams
