About the Role
Join the Coldwell Banker team as a Regional Support Specialist (RSS)—the behind-the-scenes role that keeps our offices running smoothly. You’ll support agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives while partnering closely with our regional support team and brokerage leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for office operations and systems, including troubleshooting as needed
- Assist with scheduling and coordination to keep branch workflows on track
- Support agents with marketing efforts, with a focus on social media and in-house tools
- Collaborate with regional support and brokerage leadership to improve consistency and efficiency
- Help maintain a positive, responsive experience for agents and office teams
Requirements
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn in-house systems
- Customer-focused mindset and enjoyment of helping people
- Basic familiarity with social media and marketing workflows (marketing expertise not required)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
