About the Role
Mercer Advisors is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and grow our DTC (direct-to-consumer) efforts. With a mission to simplify and strengthen clients’ financial lives, you’ll help expand comprehensive planning and advisory services delivered through a trusted, single-team experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional performance for DTC growth, client acquisition, and revenue targets
- Oversee and support day-to-day execution of DTC initiatives across assigned markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent client experience and strong service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, sales enablement, and performance metrics
- Represent the firm with professionalism while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in sales, client growth, or business development
- Strong ability to manage performance goals and coach teams toward outcomes
- Experience working with direct-to-consumer or multi-channel growth strategies is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to fiduciary-minded, client-first service
