About the Role
Blue Jay ABA is hiring a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through in-home ABA therapy. If you’re passionate about helping kids build meaningful skills and reach their potential, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA
- Work one-on-one with children to support skill development and progress toward treatment goals
- Collect and document behavior data accurately and on schedule
- Collaborate with the clinical team and communicate updates to support consistent care
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Spanish speaking ability to support bilingual families
- Experience or training in ABA therapy and behavior intervention techniques
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
