About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU, you’ll deliver compassionate, professional nursing care in alignment with physicians’ orders and hospital policies. You’ll also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of practice
- Supervise and coordinate care delivered by unlicensed personnel assigned to your patients
- Participate in continuous unit-based and hospital-wide performance improvement activities
- Work as part of the interdisciplinary team to support patient care planning and delivery
- Follow Tenet corporate standards of conduct and all applicable NMC policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum education: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum experience: Graduate Nurse with Temporary Permit
- Required licensure: Active RN license in the State of Texas
