About the Role
Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN, varied shifts in our Dialysis unit. In this role, you’ll help deliver compassionate, high-quality care while working as part of a collaborative team focused on better outcomes for patients and the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to dialysis patients according to established clinical standards
- Collaborate with the care team to support safe, effective treatment and communication
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in a timely manner
- Support documentation and coordination of patient care throughout each shift
- Maintain a patient-centered approach that reflects empathy and professionalism
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- Experience in dialysis nursing is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work PRN with varied shifts as scheduled
