About Radiant

Radiant is a startup based in El Segundo, California, developing mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. Our first system, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt fail-safe microreactor designed for rapid deployment and long operating periods without refueling—supporting applications such as hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Regulatory Program Manager to help guide regulatory strategy and program execution as Radiant advances toward testing and early customer deliveries. You’ll coordinate cross-functional efforts, support regulatory planning, and help ensure our work aligns with applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own regulatory program planning and execution across key project milestones
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, and compliance teams to support regulatory deliverables
  • Track regulatory activities, timelines, and action items to maintain program momentum
  • Assist in developing and maintaining regulatory documentation and supporting evidence
  • Support internal reviews and readiness activities for upcoming test and deployment phases

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing regulatory programs in a highly regulated environment
  • Strong ability to interpret requirements and translate them into actionable plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with program management practices, including tracking deliverables and risks
  • Familiarity with nuclear or energy regulatory frameworks is a plus
