About the Role
Join Women’s Rise as a Residential Aide, supporting adult women returning to the community under DOC supervision. You’ll help create a safe, structured environment while delivering strengths-based, client-centered support that promotes stability and positive change.
Responsibilities
- Provide structure and day-to-day supervision for justice-involved women during reentry
- Support participation in case management, job readiness, and life skills programming
- Assist with substance and mental health education initiatives
- Maintain a supportive, respectful approach focused on clients’ strengths and goals
- Help ensure program expectations and community routines are followed
Requirements
- Experience working with justice-involved individuals and/or in residential or supportive services (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients
- Commitment to client-centered, strengths-based support
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and follow program policies
