January Digital is seeking a Retail Marketplace Manager to help drive performance across marketplace channels. You’ll blend strong retail and eCommerce fundamentals with data-driven optimization to support campaigns, improve visibility, and increase measurable revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of retail marketplace initiatives, including planning, execution, and optimization
- Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine listings, targeting, merchandising, and campaign strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketplace efforts with broader media and analytics goals
- Develop reporting that highlights results, learnings, and next-step recommendations
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement testing to improve conversion and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience managing retail marketplace or eCommerce channel performance (e.g., key marketplace platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with reporting/analytics tools and performance measurement
