Responsibilities
- Engage customers in-store to understand needs and recommend appropriate AT&T products and services
- Build relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Meet sales goals through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Use training and provided tools to stay current on offerings and promotions
- Support store operations to maintain a welcoming, organized sales floor
Requirements
- Comfort working in a retail environment and speaking with customers daily
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Motivation to learn, improve, and grow your sales performance
- Ability to work full-time onsite
