About the Role
Brooks is looking for a Retail Sales Floor Lead to help create an energetic, customer-first shopping experience at our University Village location. You’ll lead the floor team, support day-to-day operations, and help customers find the right products to match their needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support sales activities on the retail floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Coach and guide team members to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
- Assist with daily store operations to ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and ready
- Engage with customers, understand their goals, and recommend products confidently
- Collaborate with store leadership to keep performance moving in the right direction
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
