About the Role
Rowan is reimagining the ear piercing experience with a focus on safety, clinical expertise, and a trusted, celebratory customer journey. As our Store Manager (Studio Manager), you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our ear piercing studio—creating a clean, welcoming environment while ensuring customers feel confident and cared for.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure a consistently excellent customer experience
- Lead, coach, and schedule team members to maintain strong performance standards
- Drive sales goals while delivering service that aligns with Rowan’s clinical standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and uphold quality expectations in every interaction
- Support inventory, merchandising, and operational workflows to keep the studio running smoothly
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail or a customer-focused environment
- Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to drive sales through coaching, service excellence, and effective retail execution
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting
- Excellent communication and team management skills
