Everlane is looking for a Floor Leader to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience at our Tyson’s Corner location. You’ll lead the team in living our ethos—creating a welcoming, thoughtful environment where customers feel cared for from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the store floor team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
- Set the tone for a friendly, warm, and inclusive atmosphere where people can thrive
- Champion Everlane’s “Path To Yes” approach to help customers find solutions
- Use a brand and customer lens to guide day-to-day decisions that strengthen the overall store experience
- Act as a proactive problem-solver—spotting issues and finding practical answers
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a retail team on the sales floor
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changing needs
- Resourceful, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
