About the Role
Join our team as a Perishable Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor and help ensure safe, efficient daily operations across receiving, selection, and loading. You’ll lead hourly associates, support productivity goals, and model our core values—respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with fellow supervisors and the manager on daily operational priorities
- Maintain strong safety and sanitation practices across all warehouse areas
- Plan staffing and production needs for daily, weekly, and period schedules
- Partner with other departments to improve productivity and performance
- Ensure order accuracy meets required standards and expectations
- Run shift meetings with hourly associates and keep teams aligned
- Oversee personnel records and support operational documentation
- Support onboarding, training, and development of hourly associates
- Produce productivity reports for distribution/service centers, including labor standards and account performance
Requirements
- Experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a perishable environment
- Strong understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to plan staffing needs and manage daily operational execution
- Track record of supporting order accuracy and productivity goals
- Effective communication and leadership skills for coaching hourly teams
