About the Role

VTS is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help power our growth engine. In this role, you’ll engage and qualify prospective customers, generate pipeline at scale, and use data-driven workflows and AI tools to support smarter prospecting. Your work directly informs our go-to-market strategy and helps the sales and marketing teams move faster.

Location: New York, NY. Work mode: required to work from the office four days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to high-potential prospects for commercial real estate solutions
  • Engage decision-makers and qualify leads to drive meetings for the sales team
  • Use AI-augmented tools and data workflows to scale outbound efforts
  • Test and iterate on prospecting and go-to-market approaches based on performance
  • Share insights and feedback with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting and messaging

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales and pipeline development
  • Comfort communicating with prospects and building rapport
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback to improve results
  • Experience or familiarity with outbound prospecting workflows (preferred)
  • Must be located in or able to work in New York, NY, with four days per week in the office
