About the Role
VTS is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help power our growth engine. In this role, you’ll engage and qualify prospective customers, generate pipeline at scale, and use data-driven workflows and AI tools to support smarter prospecting. Your work directly informs our go-to-market strategy and helps the sales and marketing teams move faster.
Location: New York, NY. Work mode: required to work from the office four days per week.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to high-potential prospects for commercial real estate solutions
- Engage decision-makers and qualify leads to drive meetings for the sales team
- Use AI-augmented tools and data workflows to scale outbound efforts
- Test and iterate on prospecting and go-to-market approaches based on performance
- Share insights and feedback with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting and messaging
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales and pipeline development
- Comfort communicating with prospects and building rapport
- Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback to improve results
- Experience or familiarity with outbound prospecting workflows (preferred)
- Must be located in or able to work in New York, NY, with four days per week in the office
