About the Role
Aditya Birla Capital is hiring Sales Trainees through its Sales Leadership Program (SLP), a fast-track pathway designed for post-graduate candidates to grow into future sales leaders. You’ll be placed within sales and distribution channels across Aditya Birla Capital’s business lines and supported by structured onboarding and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of financial products and achieve targets aligned to the goal sheet
- Use effective marketing strategies to sell financial products
- Deliver pre- and post-sales support and service to customers and clients
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners and align to their needs
- Support manpower planning and team management while developing team performance
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI
- 0–3 years of prior experience
- Strong professionalism and ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Motivated, results-driven mindset with high learning agility
- Willingness to work from any location within the assigned zone/region
- Comfortable with regular business travel
- Ambition to build a long-term career in sales
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation: INR 900,000 per year
- Year 1 fixed cost: INR 700,000 per year
- Assured bonus: INR 100,000 after completion of 1 year (performance-based)
- Joining bonus: INR 100,000 in the first month’s salary (recoverable if the SLP leaves within the first year or if not confirmed due to performance issues)
- Year 2: Move to the sales incentive plan for the respective business line
