About the Role
Join Aditya Birla Capital’s Sales Leadership Program (SLP), an accelerated pathway built to develop the next generation of sales leaders. As a Sales Trainee, you’ll be onboarded into sales and distribution channels across Aditya Birla Capital’s business lines, with structured learning to prepare you for a future sales supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of financial products and meet targets as outlined in the goal plan
- Apply effective marketing strategies to grow sales of financial offerings
- Ensure strong pre-sales and post-sales support for customers and clients
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners to align with their needs
- Support manpower planning and team activities, including developing and assisting team members
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI
- 0–3 years of prior experience
- Professional, highly motivated, and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Comfortable with learning on the ground and adapting quickly
- Willingness to work from any location and travel regularly within the assigned zone/region
- Ambition to build a long-term career in sales
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation: INR 9,00,000 (Year 1 fixed cost: INR 7,00,000)
- Assured bonus: INR 1,00,000 after completion of 1 year (performance-based)
- Joining bonus: INR 1,00,000 in the first month’s salary (recoverable if you leave within the first year or are not confirmed due to performance)
- Year 2: transition to the sales incentives plan for the respective line of business
