About the Role
Join Aditya Birla Capital’s Sales Leadership Program (SLP) as a Sales Trainee. This accelerated pathway is designed to develop future sales leaders through structured onboarding, on-the-job learning, and clear progression into sales supervisory roles across multiple sales and distribution channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of financial products and meet targets aligned to the goal sheet
- Execute marketing strategies to support product sales
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support and services to customers/clients
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners to align with their needs
- Support manpower planning, team management, and continuous development of team deliverables
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI
- 0–3 years of prior experience
- Strong professionalism and ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Motivated, results-oriented mindset and high learning agility
- Willingness to work from any location and travel regularly within the assigned zone/region
- Ambition to build a long-term career in sales
Compensation & Incentives
- Estimated compensation: INR 9,00,000 per annum (including fixed and bonus components)
- Year 1 fixed pay: INR 7,00,000 per annum
- Assured bonus: INR 1,00,000 after completion of 1 year (performance-based)
- Joining bonus: INR 1,00,000 in the first month (recoverable if the program leaves within the first year or isn’t confirmed due to performance issues)
- Year 2 progression into the sales incentives plan for the respective line of business
