About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end email marketing execution. You’ll build and improve email programs that increase engagement, retention, and revenue, taking campaigns from setup through ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns across marketing and lifecycle stages
- Design and manage marketing automation flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement
- Create audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant, targeted messaging
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send timing to improve performance
- Monitor results and use insights to continuously refine email strategy
Requirements
- Practical experience executing email marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and performance optimization
- Comfort with testing and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to take ownership of email performance from implementation to optimization
